What if I need to pause my membership?
Life happens — we get it. You can pause your membership for up to 2 months in a 12-month period. Just let us know, and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
You won’t lose your treatment. We’ll work with you to reschedule it within a reasonable time frame so you stay on track.
Can I upgrade or change treatments?
Yes! Most memberships allow you to upgrade treatments on the day for an added fee. Your skin therapist will guide you based on what your skin needs at each visit.
What’s the benefit of a membership vs casual visits?

Is the Skin Savings Membership locked in?
